However, Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent, has been heard. This application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for the grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, who has been languishing in jail hazot since 22.01.2025 in connection with Bhangagarh P.S. Case No. 18/2025 under Section 65(1) of the BNS, read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012 Mr. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that though the case was listed today for production of the Case Diary before this Court, but the I.O. has already filed Charge-Sheet in this case, vide Charge-Sheet No. 31/2025, dated 28.02.2025. As no one represented the accused/petitioner, it is observed that he has been behind bars since 22.01.2025. Considering the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also considering the fact that the case has already been Charge-Sheeted, vide Charge-Sheet No. 31/2025, dated 28.02.2025, it is provided that the petitioner shall file a petition for grant of regular bail, and the learned Court below shall consider the same in accordance with law.
