Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 111 ( 2 ), 319 ( 2 ), 318 ( 4 ), read with 3 (5) of BNS and and 66 (c) , 66 ( d ) IT Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , on a secret information, informant along with others conducted a raid was conducted in the house of this petitioner where huge incriminating articles were recovered and one co-accused Vikash Kumar was apprehended who disclosed the names of other accused persons including this petitioner and also confessed their involvement in the cyber crime . 4. Considering the seriousness and nature of accusation , recovery of huge incriminating articles and other Patna High Court CR. MISC.
