This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 06.12.2024 passed in W.P.No.203490/2024 by the learned Single Judge of this

Court. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:
“i) The petition is allowed; ii) It is held that the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of deemed conversion in respect of the subject land; iii) The respondent is directed to intimate the petitioner as to the total amount payable by the petitioner towards conversion charges, fees, etc., within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; iv) It is further directed that upon receipt of information from the respondent, the petitioner shall make payment within a period of two weeks thereafter; v) Upon the petitioner making said payment as stated supra, the respondent shall issue conversion
order/certificate and other documents, etc., in favour of the petitioner in relation to the petition schedule property within a period of four weeks from the date of payment.”
2. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondent No.2 as well as the learned counsel for the complainant submit that the order of the learned Single Judge has been complied with.

3. In view of the said submission, the present contempt petition is closed.
