Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Shohratgarh, District Siddharth Nagar (respondent no.2) to decide the case no.366/2023 computerized case no.T202317630500366 (Ram Naresh Versus State). which is pending since 24.12.2022 within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that Case No.366 of 2023 (computerized case no.T202317630500366) is pending consideration before respondent no.2- Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Shohratgarh, District Siddharth Nagar. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said case. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon authority concerned to decide the Case No.366 of 2023 (computerized case no.T202317630500366), after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
