It is the specific contention of the Learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners had submitted applications before the Commercial Manager, Samastipur on 05.01.2018, and inspite of it, no orders have been passed. 3. The Learned counsel for the respondent-Railway Department submitted that he received instructions from the Department that no such application of the petitioners is pending before the commercial Manager, Samastipur. 4. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Learned counsel for the respondents. 5. Without going into merits of the case, this Court directs the petitioners to make appropriate application before the Commercial Manager, Samastipur raising all their grievances along with relevant documents, including Annexure-3, within one month from the date of Patna High Court CWJC No.16887 of 2019 dt.22-09-2025 4/4 receipt of this order. In turn, the Commercial Manager/Respondent No.5 shall dispose of the application of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders within three months from date of its filing. 6. It is needless to mention that the petitioners shall be afforded an opportunity of hearing before passing any such order. 7. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ petition stands disposed of.
