Binita Dey and Sri Bijit Kr. Dey, the legal representatives of the respondent No. 5 herein who were already substituted before the learned Trial Court in Title Suit No. 95/2005. 2. Taking into account the above, this Court allows the instant application by striking out the names of respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and arrays Smt. Binita Dey and Sri Bijit Kr. Dey as respondent Nos. 4 and 5. Page No.# 3/3 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court during the course of the day and on the basis thereof, the Registry shall make necessary correction in the cause title and update the same in the CIS. 4.
