The petitioner is facing trial in C.C.No.241 of 2017 for the offences under sections 279 and 304[A] of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that initially the trial proceedings commenced on 12.06.2017 and out of 12 witnesses, only four witnesses have been examined so far. Hence, seeks a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the case expeditiously. 3.
