P. -------- 02/ Dated 09.04.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ranka P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Smt. Anulika Kumari, learned J.M., 1st class, Garhwa. Petitioner was having affairs with the deceased. On 02.01.2024, petitioner and the deceased went on a date and after returning home, the deceased got upset as the petitioner had refused to marry her. Thereafter, she committed suicide. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Anulika Kumari, learned J.M., 1st class, Garhwa, or her successor, in connection with Ranka P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
