Bhuyan, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2. The petitioner has assailed before this Court the order dated Page No.# 2/2 18.03.2025 passed in F.C.(Civil) Case No. 272/2018 whereby the learned Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati has observed that the petitioner had declined to proceed with calling Dr. A. Kayal for examination and close the evidence of the petitioner and fixed 26.03.2025 for evidence and cross-examination of DWs. 3. Mr. A. K. Bhuyan, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that due steps have been taken but, however, this very aspect of the matter was not taken into consideration by the learned Court below. 4. This Court is of the opinion that if steps have been taken the same would definitely appear with the records. Under such circumstances, this Court while not entertaining the instant proceedings permits the petitioner herein to file an application seeking review of the order dated 18.03.2025 before the learned Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati. 5. The learned Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati shall duly consider the review application in accordance with law. 6.
