This petition has been filed restraining the respondents and their men agents or any person claiming rights under them from erecting or putting up any poles or towers for passing or transmitting any electricity wires or cables through petitioner lands comprised in Nallipalayam village S no. 215/2A1 Tiruchengode taluk Namakkal District on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 18.08.2025. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is having her family properties at Nallipalayam Village, S.No.215/2A1, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District to an extent of 2.95 Acres out of 8.83 Acres with coconut trees. The 4 th respondent, without any prior intimation or permission, installed a high tension electrical tower in the petitioner land. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the 4 th respondent to consider the representation dated 29.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders within the time stipulated by this Court. 5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 4 th respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the time frame fixed by this Court. 6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the 4 th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 29.07.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8.
