C.M.P.No.29547 of 2024 This petition has been filed under Order XXII, Rule 4 of C.P.C., praying to bring 10 to 12 respondents R.Gopalakrishnan, R.Ganeshmoorth(son) and Smt.Vasanthi(wife) of deceased G.Ramasamy, 6 th respondent being the legal heirs as party in the rank of 10 to 12 respondents in the above first appeal. For Petitioners :Mr.R.Kannan Common Order These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement, in view of the demise of G.Ramasamy, the 6 th respondent in the first appeal.
Since there is a delay of 176 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement on the demise of G.Ramasamy, an appropriate petition has been taken out to condone the delay to set aside the abatement and to bring the Legal representative of the deceased on record as respondents 10 to 12. 2.
