Heard Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta, the learned counsel for applicant and the learned A.G.A. for State. 2. Perused the record. 3. Applicant-Pushpraj Singh, who is first informant, has approached this Court by means of present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, MOST RESPECTFULLY PRAYED that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to Quash the impugned Order Dated 24.12.2024, Passed by Additional Session Judge, Court No.-2, Mahoba, In Session Trial No. 76 of 2014, In Case Crime No. 98 of 2014, Under Section 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 34 I.P.C., Police Station-Kharela, District-Mahoba, Pending in the court of Additional Session Judge, Court No.-2, Mahoba as ANNEXURE No.-7 to this Affidavit. It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the application discharge to the opposite party no.-3 as prosecution witness In Session Trial No. 76 of 2014, In Case Crime No. 98 of 2014, Under Section 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 34 I.P.C., Police Station-Kharela, District-Mahoba, otherwise the applicant shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury. And/or to pass such other and further order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 4. After some arguments, the learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant does not wish to press this application. He, therefore, contends that present application be dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for applicant. 6. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 7.
