On considering the prayer, it appears that the petitioner is seeking interim direction from this Court before initiating contempt proceedings. In contempt proceedings, this Court is having the jurisdiction either to punish the respondent, if the Court satisfied that the order of the Court is not complied-with or to close the contempt case, if Court satisfied that the order of the Court is complied by the respondent. 4. In view of the above reasons, this Sub Application is dismissed. 5.
