Controversy raised in the present appeal stands adjudicated by this Court in Special Appeal No. 3 of 2025, decided on 09.04.2025, wherein the order passed by the hon'ble Supreme Court in a review matter has been relied upon. 2. Learned Single Judge, in the facts of the present case, has placed reliance upon the judgment of the hon'ble Supreme Court in The Director (Admn. and HR) KPTCL and others vs. C.P. Mundinamani and others; 2023 0 Supreme (SC) 342, and since subsequent order of the hon'ble Supreme Court has been taken note of in Special Appeal No.3 of 2025, we dispose of the present appeal also in terms of the judgment passed in the Special Appeal No.3 of 2025. 3. It goes without saying that the benefit, in terms of the judgment of the hon'ble Supreme Court's Judgment, would be admissible only if the annual increment was falling due on the first day of July.
