Petitioner has rushed this Court without taking note proper remedy and procedure to apply online before concerned respondents i.e. Office of Employees Provident Fund, Kanpur who will provide the pension. 2. Sri Sheo Ram Singh, learned counsel for respondents, at the outset, submits that all documents in regard to pension have been forwarded to above referred office and petitioner has to visit said office for his grievance. 3. Sri Sanjay Singh Sengar, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner will approach concerned respondents for grievance of pension. 4. Considering above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that petitioner will approach concerned respondents i.e. E.P.F., Kanpur by way of filing online/offline application, as the case may be, for his grievance of pension.
