In view of the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.08.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
