Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant/ pay pension, gratuity & other retiral benefits to the petitioner from the date of retirement along with admissible interest and regular pension be also paid to the petitioner." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that in the above regard petitioner has already represented the matter to the competent authority namely respondent no. 2 on 20th June, 2025 and 1st September, 2025. It is also submitted that the case of the petitioner stands covered by the law laid down by Division Bench of this Court in the case of State of U.P. and other v. Chandra Mohan Yadav Retired Junior Engineer Civil Nagar Nigam Allahabad Prayagraj Special Appeal No.- 607 of 2024 decided on 06.05.2025. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may be directed to make representation afresh before the competent authority,namely respondent No. 2 who may be directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. 5. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) with direction to the petitioner to make fresh representation before the competent authority in the matter within a period of four weeks from today and if he does so, the competent authority, namely respondent No. 2 will dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and considering the judgment cited above within a period of further two months.
