ORDER
The above contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of
order dated 14.10.2022 in W.P.No.33592 of 2022.
2. The petitioner filed the above writ petition to declare the action of respondents 4 and 5 in not deleting the lands of petitioner from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22A (1) (c) of the Registration Act. The said writ petition was disposed of on 14.10.2022 and the operative portion of the order reads thus:
“this writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to consider the request made by the District Collector and submit report to the Commissioner/7th respondent herein within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon submitting the report by the Assistant Commissioner along with the letter of the District Collector, the 7th respondent is directed to consider the same and take appropriate decision within six (6) weeks thereafter and communicate the same to the petitioner.”
3. Counter affidavit was filed by the 1st respondent. Along with counter affidavit, the proceedings of the Commissioner vide No.L2/18024(35)/17/2018, dated 10.07.2023 are filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the Commissioner passed the order dated 10.07.2023, liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the same, if he feels aggrieved of the same.
5. Given the facts and circumstances, since a speaking order dated 10.07.2023 was passed by the Commissioner of Endowments, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 14.10.2022 in W.P.No.33592 of 2022.
6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is Closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings No.L2/18024(35)/17/2018, dated 10.07.2023, if he feels aggrieved by the same. No costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
