Learned counsel for the appellants after arguing for some time reserving their rights for the grievance raised against the [2025:RJ-JP:17855-DB] (2 of 2) [CMA-1114/2025] impugned order, is not pressing this appeal and restricting the prayer at this stage that the Commercial Court be directed to decide the main suit expeditiously. 2. The appeal is disposed of as not pressed at this stage with direction to the Commercial Court to make sincere endeavor to decide the suit within one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In any case, no unwarranted adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties. 3.
