1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning communication dated 10.02.2025 (Annexure P-1), issued by respondent No. 3, by which the petitioner was asked to appear before respondent No. 2 to explain the show cause notice dated 15.10.2024 about entering into unauthorized partnership without permission of Corporation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have directed the petitioner to appear before respondent No. 2 on 25.02.2025, but the petitioner is not in a position to appear before the authorities on 25.02.2025 because of health issues and prays further date may be given to appear before the authorities.

Learned counsel for the respondent/ Oil company submits that earlier show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 14.10.2024 and the petitioner failed to appear before the authorities and again he is seeking adjournment to appear, therefore, the second adjournment cannot be granted as per Marketing Discipline Guidelines.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and looking to the
3 submission of the petitioner that the petitioner is ailing, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent No. 2 pursuant to the communication dated 10.02.2025 on 05.03.2025 and the petitioner is also at liberty to appear through virtual mode also before the respondent No. 2.
5. It is further observed that after receiving the explanation on 05.03.2025, the respondents are free to take necessary action as per law.
6. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed off. SD/-
