Respondent no.3 is directed to consider petitioners' said representation dated 2nd August, 2025, as deemed to be addressed to the office. Petitioners will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation to said respondent. Decision taken on the consideration be informed to petitioners. For the purpose, the authority can notice private respondent no.5. Status quo be maintained till two weeks after the decision is made known to petitioners. The writ petition is disposed of.
