Uddin learned counsel for the petitioner Fikrul Islam @Firkul Islam, who has filed this application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail as he is apprehending Page No.# 2/2 arrest in connection with Laharighat Police Station Case No. 100/2024 under Sections 448/376/323/506/34 of the IPC. 2. Heard Mr. K. K. Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the respondent State. 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has raised objection stating that there are incriminating materials in the Case Diary against the petitioner. 4. I have also scrutinized the Case Diary. Indeed there are incriminating materials in the Case Diary against the petitioner. 5. Although the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in this case, FIR was lodged after a gap of 24 days. 6. At this juncture, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, petition stands rejected at this stage. 7. Send back the Case Diary. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
