This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the Revision No.00833 of 2020 and Computerized Case No. C202015000000833 Under Section 219. L.R. Act. 1901/210 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 "Ram Ajor and others V/s Land Management Committee Gram Panchayat Bisauli Pargana Nizamabad Tehsil Sadar District Azamgarh and others" within some stipulated period." 2. It is contended that against the order passed under Section 28 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, a revision is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Commissioner, Azamgarh Mandal, Azamagarh to decide the Revision No.00833 of 2020, Computerized Case No. C20201500000083, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits. September 24, 2025 A. V.
