This is an application filed by the petitioners praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending his arrest for the offences under Sections 272, 273, 284, 290, 414 and 34 of IPC and Section 47(a) of Jharkhand Excise Act. 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. 4. There is allegation against the petitioners that they are involved in preparing illicit Mahua liquor. 5. Considering the allegation, I am not inclined to entertain this application. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court and seek regular bail which shall be considered by the said Court strictly in compliance of the guidelines laid down in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in 2022 (10) SCC 51 as well as the observation made in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in 2024 (9) SCC 198. 2025:JHHC:11467 4.
