(UGC) 2025:MLHC:177 ORAL:- It is submitted by the learned Counsels appearing for the parties that the connected matter pending before the Apex Court is disposed of by Judgment dated 13-02-2025 passed in Civil Appeal No. 9694 of 2024 as well as in Civil Appeal No. 9695 of 2024 whereby the decision of the State- Government to dissolve the CMJ University has been upheld. Mr. D. K. Dutta, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that a review petition against the Judgment dated 13-02-2025 preferred before the Apex Court, however, no interim-order has been passed there. In view of the above, there remains nothing to be decided in this matter and the same stands dismissed as infructuous.
