This petition has been filed for following relief: "direct the Civil Judge (S.D.) Court No.18 Deoria to consider and decide the Case No. 143 of 2018 (Satya Narayan Prasad Vs. State of U.P. and others) pending in the court of Civil Judge (S.D.) Court No.18 Deoria expeditiously as early as possible within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2018. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (S.D.) Court No.18 Deoria to consider and decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Shashi Kant Dwivedi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
