Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: "(a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authority specially respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Hapur to take appropriate decision on the applications of petitioner dated 29.04.2025 with regard to grant of adequate security in terms of Government Order dated 09.05.2014 within stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. (b). Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. (c). Award the costs of writ petition in favour of the petitioner." 3. It is stated that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 29.04.2025 enclosed as Annexure No.5 to the writ petition to the respondent No.2 to consider his grievances but the respondent No.2 is not paying any heed to it. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ambuj Mishra, Babboo Ram Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Satya Prakash .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) direction may be issued to the respondent No.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off with the direction to the respondent No.2-District Magistrate, Hapur to consider and decide the representation dated 29.04.2025 of the petitioner enclosed as Annexure No.5 to the writ petition strictly in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
