In the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the Notification dated 31.03.2010 issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) New Delhi and punishment order dated 14.05.2012 whereby, penalty of reduction in pay scale was passed by the disciplinary authority. REKHA SINGH -2- 5. In the Notification dated 31.03.2010, the Union of India has notified that the service matters relating to Steel Authority of India Limited would lie before the Central Administartive Tribunal and said notification has been challenged. 6. The petitioner has remedy to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal and therefore, I am not inclined to keep this matter pending accordingly, dismissed.
