Though by order dated 26.11.2024, a Report was called for from the learned II Additional District Judge, Pondicherry indicating the time required to dispose of LAOP No.6 of 2019 and subsequently, though the Registry has requested the learned Additional District Judge to comply with the said order of this Court, I find that till date, a Report has not been received from the learned Additional District Judge. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant any further time for the Report to be filed which has not been forthcoming despite a reminder from the Registry of this Court requesting the learned Judge to comply with the orders of this Court dated 26.11.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that LAOP No.6 of 2019 has been pending for more than six years and the revision petitioner has not been able to enjoy the fruits of his purchase way back in the year 1996-1997. 4. In the light of the above, I am inclined to direct the learned II Additional District Judge, Pondicherry to dispose of LAOP No.6 of 2019 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis C.R.P.No.4652 of 2024 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed.
