The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.88 dated 07.08.2018 registered under Section 304-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Tibbs, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1); challan dated 26.01.2019 (Annexure P-2); order dated 19.04.2019 (Annexure P-3), whereby charges have been framed and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioners. 2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, as have been raised in the instant petition, before the Trial Court. 3.
