2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 337, 353, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation in the First Information Report is that of illegal mining and transportation of mines and minerals. Further allegation is of disrupting government work by attacking and abusing government employees. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in the present case at the behest of a local chaukidaar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the First Information Report has been lodged belatedly, which would be evident from the fact that the Court's endorsement on the F.I..R dated 04.04.2024 is on 09.04.2024. Further, there is no specific allegation against the present petitioner and the attention of the Court has been drawn to Annexure-2 annexed to the present application, by way of which two other co-accused persons, who were named in the F.I.R., have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 11.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.57670 of 2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail application.
6. Taking into consideration the above mentioned
facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Bhojpur, in connection with Sikarahatta P.S. Case No.41 of 2024, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482
