ORDER 01.01.2025 The petitioner has alleged that, on account of a complaint filed by the respondent No. 5, the respondents Nos. 2 to 4 are unnecessarily harassing him, without there being any FIR registered against him. It has been further submitted that the Police Authorities are forcing the petitioner to make payment to respondent No. 5, which he does not owe to him. The petitioner has prayed that respondents Nos. 2 to 4 may be directed not to harass the petitioner in connection with the complaint of respondent No. 5. Having regard to the limited nature of relief sought by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, at its threshold, by directing respondents Nos. 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily in connection with any complaint that may have been lodged by the respondent No. 5, unless a proper FIR is registered in the matter. In such an event, it shall be open to the petitioner to approach the competent Court for grant of bail. Disposed of.
