Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Domchanch P.S. Case No. 03 of 2024, S.T. Case No.06 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, thereafter chargesheet submitted under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Koderma.
It was submitted that though the case was initially registered under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, but the charge has been framed against the petitioner under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is the husband of the deceased who committed suicide in her matrimonial home by hanging herself.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the deceased wanted to go to her parental house and the petitioner forbade her, due to which, she committed suicide.
Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Koderma, in connection with Domchanch P.S. Case No. 03 of 2024, S.T. Case No.06 of 2025.
