JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 08-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State . Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68942 of 2025(2) dt.08-12-2025 2/3 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 188, 447, 341, 342, 323, 332, 333, 353, 307, 427, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3 . As per the prosecution case , a mob of about 400- 500 people created disturbance at Booth Nos. 53 & 54 and also not allowed to move away the E.V.M. machine and assaulted the police party. 4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Similarly situated 13 other co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 12.03.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 11596 of 2024. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68942 of 2025(2) dt.08-12-2025 3/3 satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Laukaha (Lalmaniya) P.S. Case No. 315 of 2021 corresponding to G.R.
