Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief:- “That the writ of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondent-corporation to release arrears of two additional increments to the petitioner w.e.f. 01.04.2012 to 2021 with interest at the rate of 9% per annum date till the date of realization of the same.” 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents placed on record instructions dated 04.01.2025 addressed to the Managing Director, HRTC and on that basis submits that due and admissible benefits as claimed by the petitioner in the instant petition have already been released in his favour vide Cheque dated 04.01.2025. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits the above position. 4. Taking note of the above, since grievance of the petitioner has now been redressed ,accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
