The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(1)Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari, quashing the impugned first information report dated 4.9.2025 registered as case Crime no. 0395 of 2025, Under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 109(1) of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023 Police Station Phoolpur, District- Ganganagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj) (Annexure no. 1 to this writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 and 3 not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the first information report dated 4.9.2025 registered as case Crime no. 0395 of 2025, Under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 109(1) of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita (Β.Ν.S.), 2023 Police Station - Phoolpur, District-Ganganagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj) (Annexure no. 1 to this writ petition)." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohd. Monis Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Akmal .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
