The present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3, vide order dated 30.01.2023 passed in A.B.P. No. 2273 of 2022 and regular bail to O.P. No. 4 in B.P. No. 80 of 2023, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge VIIth, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 343 of 2022. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56544 of 2023(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial of the case and also a direction to O.P. Nos. 2 to 4 to co-operate in early disposal of the case. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5.
