Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the documents placed on record. 3. On an earlier occasion, viz., 02.09.2025, this Court directed the 2 nd respondent to consider the petitioner's request and to issue the said certificates to the petitioner and ordered to post the case on 08.09.2025 under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. 4. Today, viz., 08.09.2025, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the Work Site Inspection Certificate and Working Condition of the Plants and Machineries Certificate have been handed 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 33429 of 2025 over to the petitioner, thereby pleaded to close the petition, as nothing survives for adjudication, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has received the certificates.
