4. The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 23.07.2025 being FIR No.136 of 2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 376 & 504 of IPC, at Police Station Rajpur, District Dehradun.
5. Compounding Application (IA No.01 of 2025) is also filed with the present petition, wherein it is stated that the parties have come into the terms of compromise, on the other side, learned State counsel makes a submission that the present matter has become infructuous as the final report has been submitted in the present matter. To which, the learned counsel for the petitioner asserts that, accordingly, the petitioner was released from jail.
6. In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties above, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
