By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order dated 05.09.2023 passed in SWP 2024/2009, wherein the petition was disposed of as under: “Viewed thus, the petition succeeds and accordingly by issuance of writ of Certiorari impugned disengagement order No. FOA/Estt/2009/F,536/4441-42 dated 25.09.2009 is quashed and by issuance of writ of Mandamus the respondents are directed to allow the petitioner to continue in service as Daily Rated Worker and consequently accord consideration to the case of the petitioner for regularization under the provisions of SRO 64 notwithstanding the issuance of order dated 28.08.2007 and disengagement order dated 25.09.2009.” 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that an appeal, LPA 65/2024 was preferred by the respondents against judgment dated 05.09.2023, wherein the said judgment has been set aside. Learned counsel for the respondents has provided copy of the order dated 28.05.2025 passed in LPA No. 65/2024, in which the judgment dated 05.09.2023, has been set aside.
