Through this petition the petitioner seeks issuance of a direction to evict respondent No. 6 in terms of the order dated 24.02.2021, passed by respondent No. 3-Sub Divisional Officer (Civil)-cum-Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Karnal (for short, AC) and the order dated 09.05.2025, passed by respondent No. 2-Deputy Commissioner, Karnal (for short, DC), dismissing the appeal filed by respondent No.5-Gram Panchayat to challenge the aforesaid order of the AC dated 24.02.2021. 2. At the outset, learned State counsel informs us that against the aforesaid order of the DC dated 09.05.2025 respondent No. 6 has recently filed a revision petition which is pending before the Commissioner, Karnal Division, Karnal. 3. In the light of the above, the petitioner’s prayer for seeking eviction of respondent No. 6 is premature. 4. Dismissed.
