The petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in case FIR No.101 dated 20.07.2024 under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC registered at Police Station Ranjit Avenue, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 28.10.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the petition is allowed and the interim order dated 28.10.2024 is made absolute.
