Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier the petitioner approached this Court by way of filing CRM-M-23018-2025, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 01.05.2025. It is submitted that enquiry was conducted by the Superintendent of Police, Investigation, Patiala, but the same has not been taken into consideration. Notice of motion. Ms. Simran Goria, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State. She has submitted that the investigation is complete and challan is presented before the trial Court. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, it is deciphered that the investigation is complete and challan is presented before the trial Court. Thus, this Court does not find any ground for interference at this stage. Hence, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievances before the trial Court in accordance with law.
