Panchayat Raj (Maintenance of Family Registers) Rules, 1970. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final action has been taken. 2. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. In this view of the matter mandamus issued to the respondent no. 2/Secretary, Examination Regulatory, Authority, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj to pass appropriate order in the aforesaid application submitted by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law within a period of three weeks' from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
