Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent No.2 in deciding the application dated 26.8.2024(Annexure 4 to the writ petition) filed by the petitioner for not to run the high voltage electricity wire from rooftop of the house of petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising his grievances the petitioner has filed the application dated 26.8.2024, however the same has not yet been considered by the said authority. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Sant Kabir Nagar should be directed to decide the aforesaid application of the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Sant Kabir Nagar is directed to decide the application of the petitioner dated 26.8.2024 within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.
