By the present writ petition, the petitioner, who is clamming herself as wife of respondent No. 5 is seeking limited direction to the respondents to decide the representation i.e. Annexure P-1, dated 30.10.2018 submitted before Respondent no. 3 by which the petitioner is seeking action against respondent No. 5 levelling several allegation against him. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation dated 30.10.2018 (Annexure P-1) has not been decided till date. 3. Learned State counsel submits that if the representation is still pending before respondent No. 3, the same will be considered and decided within stipulated period, in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed. 3 5. In view of the submission made by the learned State counsel, at this juncture, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the representation (Annexure P-1). 6. Petitioner is directed to apprise the concerned authority (respondent No. 3) about the order of this court within a period of 20 days from today. 7. In case the petitioner apprise respondent No. 3 within the aforesaid period, the respondent No. 3 looking to the grievance of the petitioner shall pass reasoned and speaking orders, in accordance with law by providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties within a further period of 50 days. 8.
