Prayer is made to command the respondent to compensate the petitioner by paying them damages. Records clearly reveal that with same prayer petitioners earlier writ petition no. 21646 of 2021 has been decided and a limited relief granted is to consider petitioners claim for alternate allotment. Once such specific prayer has not been granted in the earlier writ petition, filing of the second writ petition is thoroughly misconceived. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
