Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not against the installation of lifts per se, but they want to ensure the structural stability of the building, lifts and the surrounding area. The lifts are being installed in HIG (Urban) flats of the Chandigarh Housing Board in terms of the orders i.e. Annexures P-1 to P-3. 3. Issue notice to the respondents. 4. At this stage, Mr. Ashish Rawal, Advocate appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 4-U.T. Chandigarh.
