1. This is an application filed under Section 151 CPC for preponement of the date of hearing in the main case from 05.08.2025 to an early date.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner as well as learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 have jointly submitted that since, the matter has been compromised between the parties thus, the date of hearing in the main case be preponed to today and the same be allowed in terms of the compromise deed dated 26.05.2025.

1. This is an application filed under Section 151 CPC for placing on record the compromise deed dated 26.05.2025 effected between the parties as Annexure P-17 and for allowing the revision petition in terms of the compromise.
2. For the reasons stated in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed and compromise deed dated 26.05.2025 (Annexure P-17) is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Main case
1. This is a revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 11.10.2023 (Annexure P-15) passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 have jointly submitted that in the present case, respondent Nos.1 and 2, who are the brother and sister of the present petitioner, had filed a suit with respect to the property in question regarding which the present petitioner had stated that there is a registered Will in her favour. It is submitted that by virtue of the impugned order dated 11.10.2023 (Annexure P-15) the trial Court on an interim application filed by respondent Nos.1 and 2, had restrained the Estate Officer from transferring the house in question in favour of the petitioner on the basis of PAWAN KUMAR 2025.05.28 17:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

It is submitted that the parties have compromised the matter vide detailed compromise deed dated 26.05.2025 (Annexure P-17) and as per the terms of the said compromise, more so, in para 7, respondent Nos.1 and 2 have admitted the execution of the registered Will in favour of the present petitioner and they have no objection in case the revision petition is allowed and the impugned order is set aside. It has jointly been submitted that both the parties would be bound by the terms of the compromise deed dated 26.05.2025, which has been entered into by both the parties out of their free will and without any undue pressure.

Keeping in view the above said facts and circumstances, the present revision petition is allowed in terms of the compromise deed dated 26.05.2025 (Annexure P-17) and impugned order dated 11.10.2023 (Annexure P-15) is set aside. Both the parties would be bound by the terms of the said compromise deed dated 26.05.2025.
4. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
