The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for restraining respondent no.2 from issuing appointment orders based on the selection list of Assistant Professor (Physics) notified by the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commissioner vide Notification No. 29-PSC (DR-S) of 2024 dated 14th August, 2024, impugned by the petitioner in O.A. 578 of 2024 before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Srinagar Bench. Further, a prayer has also been made by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the learned CAT, to dispose of the O.A. No. 578 of 2024, expeditiously on merits and in accordance with the law. 3. The petitioner submits that no interim relief has been granted by the learned Tribunal. 4. Notice to respondents 1 and 2 only, which is waived by Mr. Shah Aamir, learned Advocate on behalf of respondent no.1 and Mr. Jehangir Ahmad Dar, learned GA on behalf of respondent no.2 respectively. 5. Mr. Shah Aamir, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 submits that the objections are ready and shall be filed before the learned CAT by the next date of hearing. 6. On a query by this Court, the petitioner submits that the matter is posted before the learned CAT in the month of February, 2025. 7. In view of the above, since the learned CAT is already seized of the matter and the pleadings are not complete, we dispose of the present writ petition by directing respondent Nos 1 and 2 to complete the pleadings by the next date of hearing and further requests the learned CAT to make all possible endeavors to dispose of the O.A. filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. 8.
